Inclusiveness At Work: How to Build Inclusive Nonprofit Organizations
The Metro Denver nonprofit community has expressed great interest in embracing and building inclusiveness. The most common question is: “How do we do it?”
- The staff and volunteers of the Inclusiveness Project developed Inclusiveness at Work to help organizations answer that question – in a way that works for them.
- Inclusiveness at Work is an 18-module workbook that leads organizations through the process of creating their own tailored blueprint for building inclusiveness.
The workbook is available for $35 plus tax and shipping and handling (shipping and handling fees are $6 for the first book and then $2 for each additional book).
- Organizations that are grantees of The Denver Foundation's Community Grants program can receive one free copy of the workbook.
- To obtain your free copy, contact Holly Kingsbury at hkingsbury@denverfoundation.org or 303-300-1790 x. 147.
The primary author of Inclusiveness At Work is noted expert on philanthropy Katherine Pease.
